Cream Cheese Cheesecake Popsicles

Indulge in the creamy goodness of cheesecake in popsicle form! These creamy and tangy popsicles are made with real cream cheese and are sure to satisfy your cheesecake cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • Popsicle molds

Instructions:

In a blender, combine cream cheese, condensed milk, milk, and vanilla extract


Blend until smooth


In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar


Pour a layer of the cream cheese mixture into each popsicle mold, filling each about halfway


Sprinkle a spoonful of the graham cracker mixture into each mold


Top with remaining cream cheese mixture, filling molds to the top


Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid


Once frozen, run molds under warm water to release popsicles

Krispy Kreme Copycat Donuts

These homemade Krispy Kreme copycat donuts are fluffy, light, and incredibly delicious. You can now enjoy the taste of your favorite donuts right at home!

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

  • 1/2 cup milk warm

  • 1/4 cup water warm

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for glaze

  • 2 tbsp hot water for glaze

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract for glaze

  • Chocolate or colorful sprinkles optional

Instructions:

Whisk together warm milk, warm water, and yeast in a mixing bowl


Wait five minutes for it to get foamy


To the yeast mixture, add eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter, and vanilla extract


Blend thoroughly


Add the flour gradually and knead the dough until it becomes elastic and smooth


Once the dough has doubled in size, cover it and allow it to rise for approximately one hour


Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 inch on a surface dusted with flour


Cut out donut shapes using a donut cutter


After cutting, place the donuts on a baking sheet, cover, and allow to rise for an additional thirty minutes


In a deep fryer or big pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius


Fry the donuts carefully in batches, flipping them over until both sides are golden brown


blot with paper towels


To make the glaze, combine powdered sugar, hot water, and vanilla extract in a bowl


Donuts should be dipped into the glaze while still warm


If desired, top with sprinkles


After a few minutes, let the glaze harden and savor your homemade doughnuts that resemble Krispy Kreme!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 1 small red onion, finely diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1-2 jalapeo peppers, seeded and minced

  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl


Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until you reach your desired level of chunkiness


Stir in the diced red onion, minced garlic, minced jalapeo peppers, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro


Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste


Mix everything together until well combined


Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, nachos, or burritos

Banh Bot Loc - Vietnamese Tapioca Dumplings

A tasty Vietnamese snack called Banh Bot Loc is made with a chewy tapioca dumpling skin and a filling of shrimp and ground pork. These dumplings are a tasty and filling treat that are wrapped in banana leaves and steamed until they are just right.

Ingredients:

  • 200g tapioca starch

  • 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 50g ground pork

  • 1 shallot, minced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Banana leaves or parchment paper for wrapping

  • Fish sauce for dipping

  • Fresh herbs such as mint and cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

Tapioca starch and 150ml of warm water should be mixed together in a bowl


Work the dough by hand until it is smooth and springy


Put away


Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat


Add the minced garlic and shallot and cook until the smell is nice


Put the ground pork in the pan and cook it until it's no longer pink


After that, put in the shrimp and cook them until they turn pink and opaque


Add pepper and salt to taste


Separate the dough into small balls about the size of a marble


Make a small disc out of each ball


On each tapioca disc, put a small amount of the cooked pork and shrimp mixture


Fill the disc with food and fold it in half to make a half-moon dumpling


Put a piece of banana leaf or parchment paper around each dumpling to keep them from sticking


For about 10 to 15 minutes, or until they turn clear and shiny, steam the dumplings over high heat


Serve the Banh Bot Loc hot with fish sauce on the side, and top it off with fresh herbs

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 quart vegan caramel apple ice cream

  • 1 cup dairy-free caramel sauce

  • 2 medium apples, thinly sliced

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C


Clean and grease a 9-inch springform pan


Gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl


Mix until you get a dough


Fill the pan with 2/3 of the dough


Press it into the bottom to make the crust


Bake the crust for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it turns a light golden color


Take out of the oven and let cool all the way down


After the crust has cooled, cover it with the vegan caramel apple ice cream


Place apple slices that are very thin on top of the ice cream


Put the dairy-free caramel sauce on top of the apple slices


On top of the caramel sauce, crumble the rest of the dough


Place foil over the pan and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the food is firm


Let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes to get a little softer before you serve it


After that, take the springform pan off and cut it


Spread extra caramel sauce on top of the caramel apple ice cream cake slices if you want

Pizza Sloppy Joes are a delicious twist on the classic sloppy joe sandwich, combining the flavors of pizza with the comfort of a sloppy joe. It's a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions:

Over medium-low heat, cook the ground beef in a skillet until it turns brown and breaks up


Get rid of extra fat


Dice the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper and put them in the pan


Make sure the vegetables are soft


Garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried basil should all be mixed in


Let the flavors mix for 5 minutes while it simmers


Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C


Put the hamburger buns on a baking sheet and cut them in half


Put some of the pizza sloppy joe mix on the bottom halves of the buns


Add some chopped mozzarella cheese on top of the mix


After getting the oven hot, put the baking sheet in it and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles


Take the buns out of the oven and put the top halves on top of the cheese mixture to make sandwiches


Your Pizza Sloppy Joes will taste great when they're hot
